What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User-Provided Information
The Application does not require you to create an account or log in. You may use the Application without registration. In the course of using the Application, you may provide the following information:
- Microphone Access: The Application requests access to your device's microphone in order to listen for a clap or other configured sound and trigger an alert to help you find your phone. Audio captured by the microphone is analyzed on your device to detect the sound pattern and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party. Microphone access is required for the Application's core clap/sound-detection feature and can be granted or withdrawn at any time through your device settings.
- App Preferences: Settings you choose within the Application, such as detection mode, sensitivity level, alert sound, screen-off detection, and scheduled active hours (start/end time).
- Feedback & Communications: Ratings, feedback, bug reports, inquiries, or support communications you submit directly.
Automatically Collected Information

- Device information, such as device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address, for analytics and service-optimization purposes.
- Application usage data, including session start and end times, features used (e.g. detection mode selected, schedule enabled), frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising, and enhance the overall user experience.
The Application does not use your device's camera, does not access your contacts, photos, or files, and does not collect precise real-time GPS location. Only coarse location derived from IP address may be collected for analytics and service optimization.
